Account Management and Site Supervision

A key element of the Pacific FM service delivery model is the provision of a specified Account Manager and Technical Supervisor to manage and supervise each individual site.

The Account Manager and Technical Supervisor will work with individual clients to:

  • Map the site;
  • Conduct an audit of each site’s plant, equipment and support infrastructure;
  • Develop a Risk Register and Risk Management Plan for each site;
  • Develop an individual preventative maintenance plan for each site;
  • Develop a strategic asset replacement plan; and
  • Minimise the impact on the client’s core business through the maintenance and/or replacement of equipment.

This means that our clients have a “single point of contact” at Pacific FM to manage the “end-to-end” delivery of the services, and a qualified and experienced supervisor who will be on-site to oversight the delivery of those services.

The Account Manager and Technical Supervisor will be backed up by a team of highly qualified, experienced and professional technicians whose goal is to provide a quality service that:

  • Maximises client productivity;
  • Minimises “down-time” through planned or reactive maintenance; and
  • Reduces overall maintenance costs.
