Pacific FM has the capability to provide a full range of Building Maintenance and Support services to our clients in a timely and professional manner through the dedicated access to qualified and experienced personnel.

Pacific FM to tailors these services so as to provide a holistic maintenance service model that meet the unique requirements of each client.   In the case of commercial sites with multiple tenancies, Pacific FM will work with the tenant/s as well as the client’s nominated property manager.

Once again, our primary consideration is to provide high quality and timely services that:

  • Is coordinated through a single point of contact;

  • Minimises any disruption to the Client and/or tenant/s through:
  • A managed maintenance programme for each site and/or tenancy;
  • The availability of qualified personnel to attend to reactive maintenance (including after hours call-outs);
  • Access to additional, specialised resources during periods of increased activity (eg, equipment upgrades, replacements, etc);
  • and Regular reporting of any maintenance-related issues to the Client.
