Pacific FM understands the importance of establishing and maintaining effective communications with the Client, as well as other key stakeholders.

An integral part of that effective communication is the establishing an understanding of the Client’s expectations and developing a delivery framework that will meet those expectations.

Communication and Reporting

Lifecycle asset reporting will be managed in conjunction with the preventative and reactive maintenance programmes, to assist the Client:

  • The submission of regular written reports on activities conducted at the site; and
  • Attending regular meetings with the Client to provide updates, answer questions and receive feedback as to the effectiveness of the delivery of the services. During the initial transition phase, these meetings should occur quite regularly so any issues with the transition are managed in a timely manner;
  • The oversight and sign-off of job status and completion documentation by the Account Manager and the client.
