QUALITY ASSURANCE

Pacific FM will appoint a dedicated Account Manager and Site Supervisor to work with the client in delivering the services to the client’s site, with the key objectives being:

  • Establish Outcomes

    Establish outcomes, resource allocation and work plans that will deliver the services required by the client;

  • Tailored Processes & Procedures

    Review and tailor Pacific FM processes and procedures so that they meet the specific requirements of the client and any overarching legislative obligations including the safe handling, swap-over and disposal of refrigerant, etc;

  • Regular Communication

    Provide for regular meetings with client representatives and key stakeholder s to monitor Pacific FM’s performance of the services;

  • Effective Asset Records Management

    Maintain a complete record of all scheduled and reactive maintenance performed by Pacific FM as well as monitoring and maintaining an Asset Management Register;

  • Keeping you Informed

    Working with the client to be situationally aware of any defective equipment or infrastructure and working proactively toward the repair/replacement of that equipment/infrastructure;

  • Feedback and Consultation

    Inviting regular feedback on the effectiveness of the processes and procedures implemented by Pacific FM at each site; and

  • Continuous Improvement

    Having a “mindset” of continuous improvement, to ensure that procedures and processes are regularly reviewed, updated and improved.
