• The development of a culture of health and safety culture within the company;
• The commitment to meet and comply with the WHS requirements of each client and each site;
• The provision of leadership in managing health and safety;
• The completion of the appropriate site induction by Pacific FM personnel prior to their commencement of work on the site; and
• The ongoing review and update of WHS management systems, plans and policies.

• Implement the client’s WHS policies and procedures; and
• Undertake regular reviews of WHS policies and procedures to maintain site safety and legislative compliance.
