Pacific F.M. Pty Ltd is a privately owned and registered Company headed up by Justin Hyland. With over 35 years in the Building, Construction and Service industry in various operational, Business Development and Management roles, Justin brings a wealth of experience to the organisation. Justin holds accreditation and various competencies in Electrical Trades including A Grade Electrical Contractors qualification and recognised competencies in the Fire and Essential Services field. Justin has achieved Associate Diploma status in Frontline Management at Charles Sturt University respectively. As the pioneer of the Business, the plan is to grow and enhance the operation to embark and compete in the intermediate commercial building market across diversified portfolios. Justin has strategically hand-selected his staff to ensure he has the highest level of industry representation across each division. Justin prides himself on delivering favourable outcomes for all his clients is an active member of the ACT community and supports many charities and organisations here and abroad.

Hydraulic & Plumbing Supervisor

Dylan brings a wealth of experience to the business and heads up a dynamic team of Accredited Plumbers with varying experience in the domestic and commercial fields. Dylan has completed all post-trade business and finance applications and has acquired his RPZ and TMV Inspection Accreditation. The Plumbing Division can take on any job from minor installs to larger-scale projects and excavation works. The Division has a significant mechanical plant with high-pressure Jetter machines, Excavators, Tipper Trucks, Trailers, Cameras, Freeze kits, etc. Dylan can provide all statutory and regulatory compliance certification to ACTPLA for Backflow prevention devices and TMV’s.

Lachlan Wickham

Electrical & Fire Supervisor

Lachlan is a senior Electrician with many years’ experience in the industry and trade. He is familiar with all environments from Domestic, to Commercial and Industrial applications. With over 27 years in the Industry he provides a sound platform and mentorship for those under his supervision. Lachlan also has his FPA – Inspection and Testing Accreditation and is responsible for the Programmed Maintenance and minor electrical works with the capacity to handle more significant projects and installations. His team specialise in all electrical modifications and additions, Lighting Runs, Emergency and Exit Lighting, RCD Testing, Thermal Imaging as well as appliance Test and Tag services.

Kalon Barnes

HVAC Supervisor

Kalon is a long-term employee of the Company and one of the original tradesmen with over 18 Years industry experience. He brings a wealth of Commercial experience to the Business and has actively been involved in many aspects of construction and service environments across various industry sectors. Kalon heads up a dynamic team of refrigeration mechanics with competencies in both domestic and commercial applications and is responsible from minor works installations right up to significant construction projects.

Carpentry & Building Maintenance Supervisor

Mark is a qualified Carpenter with over 35 Years experience in the trade and prior Director of MR Building. Mark has a diversified team who can deliver projects and works across any budgets. Mark has qualified carpenters and general maintenance personnel who are assigned as Building Managers and general maintenance technicians. His installations team deliver projects from small/medium projects to significant fit-outs and refurbishments. Mark is our dedicated project manager who has the in-house ability to provide bundled services and installations under one multi-based discipline model.

 

Samantha Abraham

Office & Finance Manager

One of our early foundation members, Samantha is the Manager of the Administration Department and is also the Finance and HR Manager. Her role is vastly diversified and she is the backbone of our Business. Samantha has qualifications in Business Administration Cert III & IV along with various accreditations in our finance software ‘Xero’ and other corporate applications. Samantha has had prior experience and worked in service based industries for over 8 Years with maturity in her current role well beyond her years. Samantha is responsible for all corporate compliance, accreditation, assets and employees.

Service Coordinator and Client Liaison

Kaylie provides critical back-of-house support to our client base and is an integral part of the service operation. She has completed her Cert III & IV in Business Administration and continues to set goals and high standards for herself and her colleagues. Kaylie also manages our on-line social profile and presence. Kaylie has been involved in the service based industry for over 10 Years and prides herself on strong communication lines, punctuality, professionalism, compliance and corporate values and integrity.

Office Administrator

Nicole is the gateway into the business providing phone support and administration of the office operations. Nicole commenced her employment with the Company as a trainee progressing through her Cert III and Cert IV in Business Administration and is a critical link in our scheduling and coordination of the Programmed Maintenance. Nicole is a friendly and polite voice over the phone and smiling face at reception should you visit our office, she looks forward to meeting you and is happy to assist.
